OILS: Take between .25ml – .5ml. Wait up to an hour and increase dosage as necessary to reach desired effects. Use daily.

GELS: Take 2 Sky Gels orally twice a day. Increase dosage as necessary to reach desired effects. Use daily. Individual results may vary.

BALMS: Apply to skin and massage area. Not for oral consumption. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.
